Manager Sales

 Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Managing recruitment, objectives setting and performance monitoring of Front Sales reps
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Work independently and with business development resources to develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify, qualify and close leads
Develop and deploy strategies for securing new accounts

Qualification & Experience:

At least Bachelors in Marketing/Sales

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
