AVP Sales - Enterprise Division

 Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Managing recruitment, objectives setting and performance monitoring of Sales Team
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status
Coordinate with performance marketing teams and identify potential areas of improvements for lead generation 
Work independently and with his sales team to develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify, qualify and close leads
Develop and deploy strategies for securing new accounts
Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure 1) Timely delivery of projects 2) Achieve upsell targets 
Responsible for his own and teams' targets 

Qualification & Experience:
At least Bachelors in any discipline 
5 to 8 years of experience in Software Sales 
At least 2 years of experience in managing Sales, Performance Marketing, Account Management and Brand Teams 

Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
