We believe in fostering independence, promoting skill acquisition, and enhancing the overall quality of life for those we serve, while supporting their families every step of the way. ## Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to develop individualized treatment plans. * Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs. * Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other therapy staff. * Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other involved professionals to ensure continuity of care and generalization of skills. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and reports. * Participate in team meetings, professional development, and adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices. ## Requirements * Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. * Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. * State licensure or credentialing as required for practice in Colorado. * At least one year of experience providing ABA services, preferably with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. ## Perks * Competitive compensation package. * Medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. * Supportive and collaborative work environment. * Flexible scheduling options. ## Equal Employment Opportunity We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
