Experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Denver, CO
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in the Denver, Colorado area. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about high-quality, family-centered ABA therapy and wants to be part of a supportive organization that values clinical integrity, strong supervision, and meaningful progress for children and families.
The BCBA will oversee individualized treatment programming, provide supervision and support to RBTs, collaborate with families and caregivers, and help ensure services are delivered with professionalism, consistency, and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Create, update, and monitor behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and clinical support to RBTs/BTs
- Review data and make treatment adjustments based on client progress
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and team members
- Ensure documentation, treatment planning, and service delivery meet clinical and payer requirements
- Promote ethical, respectful, and child-centered ABA practices
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and caregiver guidance as needed
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, special education, or related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental needs
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and leadership ability
- Experience supervising RBTs/BTs preferred
- Ability to create practical, individualized programs and support caregiver involvement
- Colorado licensure/credentialing eligibility preferred, if applicable
Compensation
- Competitive salary range: $95,000–$115,000 per year
- Higher compensation may be considered for highly experienced candidates
