Chief Financial Officer

Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.

For our client - International manufacturing company we are looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting to ensure financial efficiency and profitability;
• Supervise the preparation of the company's financial statements, reports, and budgets;
• Manage the company's cash flow and financial investments judiciously to ensure liquidity and foster growth;
• Identify and manage financial risks, including the implementation of mitigative strategies;
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence;
• Collaborate with other executives to develop strategies that foster growth and enhance profitability;
• Oversee all audit and internal control operations, ensuring regulatory compliance;

Requirements and skills:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Advanced Finacial degree is preferred;
• English language is Required;
• Certified Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst certification will be an advantage;
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, corporate finance, and financial software systems;
• Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking abilities, and financial skills;
