Team Manager

Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.
Our client has online casino business. We are looking for Control Room Operator.

About the role:

• Reports directly to the Studio Manager and works closely with the Head of Staff Training and Development;
• Ensures all current and newly staff are properly assessed, coordinated and facilitated;
• Creates an inspiring team environment while setting clear team goals based on the Companys culture and KPIs;
• Guarantees all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded;
• Acts as an ambassador and makes sure good communication channels are established;
• Maintains the professional relationships with internal clients while upholding the company game standards.

Your profile:

• Proactive approach to create a positive and engaging relationship with the team members;
• Solid communicational and presentational skills;
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Gambling and Casinos;
• Willingness to work in an office - Shift system;
• Basic computer skills;
• Active contribution to the companys growth;
• Good verbal and written command of English and Bulgarian.
