• Detects all technical defects in the department and ensures their conclusion, reports to Sous Chef and Executive Chef

• Ensures the correct and economical use of materials in the department.
• It is responsible for producing the materials in the department under healthy conditions and presenting them to the guest in a correct and healthy way.
• It is responsible for the service and follow-up of the Room Service, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Buffets in the department and ensures that the necessary additions are made or made under the right conditions and on time.
• Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of all hygiene rules in the department.
• Works in coordination with all food and beverage and hotel departments and shares the necessary information for the operation and coordinates the department for operations.
• Arrives at his shift on time, performs his duty in accordance with the orders and instructions given, finishes his shift and finishes the work and delivers his duty in a coordinated manner.
• Responsible for the correct use of his uniform and the vehicle tools and personnel lockers under his responsibility.
• Ensures that the meals in the sections are served in accordance with the determined recipe and pick up chart standards and follows up.
• Produces solutions to reported problems to ensure guest satisfaction and reports to Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
• It is responsible for the stocks and correct use of the incoming products within the framework of hygiene rules.
• Responsible for the correct portioning and serving of the products during service.
• All employees are responsible for communicating with their subordinates and supervisors within the framework of the rules of decency and courtesy.
