  We are looking for a professional with diverse experience in HR & administration.

This is a diversified role whose mission is to support HR & business operations and ensure the growth and development of the company. The primary function of the position is to step into an HR Business Partner for a department of 80+ people. Along with this, the person will be engaged in other HR projects.

Job role
  • Become an integral part of the leadership team in the department
  • Act as an advisor and consultant to the leadership team for HR practices and policies
  • Work with the leadership to ensure that development, engagement, retention, and business goals are met
  • Resolve people cases
  • Be responsible for operational tasks within the department - maintain documentation, Confluence space, staffing process, systems, files, branded CVs
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze different types of information - Accounting, Marketing & Talent Acquisition, Sales, Operations
  • Improve and optimize processes
  • Participate in department meetings, create notes and action plans
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in different areas of HR
  • Excellent English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze information, and provide suggestions and solutions
  • Strong ownership and organizational skills
  • Internal drive to make things better
  • Passion about people management & leadership
  • Experience in the software development sector would be an advantage
