Project Manager

Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.
Our client has online casino business. We are looking for Control Room Operator.

About the role:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge business requirements with company goals;
• Coordinate with managers and technical personnel during all project phases (from initial development through implementation);
• Proactively supervise and implement project plans to ensure the project is on schedule and on budget;
• Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies;
• Communicate with all involved personnel to identify issues, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements;
• Ensure quality assurance for project deliverables;
• Coordinate and support project teams.

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of Project Management or related experience (preferably in iGaming or Casino);
• Master at meeting deadlines and thrive when handling multiple projects;
• Ability to work with both established and newly formed teams, challenging and supporting them;
• Potential to work remotely;
• Capacity to work in fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
• University degree;
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English languages.
