About the job HR

The HR Specialist serves as the link between an organization and its employees. The HR Specialist supports the delivery of human resource services with specific responsibility for providing information to substitute employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing avariety of issues and/or providing general support; maintaining records, files and databases of

personnel actions, evaluations, and longevity; and assisting in ensuring that personnel functions

conform to all applicable regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities

● Supporting colleagues with employees administration and processes;

● Preparing, monitoring and reporting payroll statistics and analyses for past and for future

periods;

● Participate in process of implementation and improvement of HR and related

administrative procedures;

● Lead process of job evaluations;

● Participate in the hiring process: job description, job posting, communication with

recruitment partners, interview process, hiring, evaluation;

● Organization of company events, employee training and other HR activities;

● Identify main target groups and audiences in terms of recruits and determine the best

way to communicate with them;

● Participate in the organization of special events, sponsorships, parties introducing new

services, or other activities the company supports in order to gain public attention

through the media without advertising directly;

● Participate in specialized IT/HR events;

Requirements

● University degree in one of the following areas: HR, Business Administration, related

technical field or PR;

● Experience with emphasis on Recruitment, Training & Development;

● Experience or exposure with IT technical experts;

● Excellent communication and organizational skills;

● Excellent command of English;

● Advanced knowledge in spreadsheet software and Presentation software (any of Google

Drive Documents, MS Office, OpenOffice, Libre Office);


● A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as a part of a team;

● Work independently with minimal supervision;

● A positive attitude. Enjoy networking and meeting new people;

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented;
