Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.
Our client has online casino business. We are looking for Office Manager .

About the role:

• Obtains approvals regarding situations occurring at the workplace;
• Closely collaborates with the human resources department and offers support;
• Manages the office equipment and concludes services and maintenance;
• Takes full responsibility for the inventory;
• Corresponds on behalf of the company- logistical arrangements for meetings, emergency services, security and intervention companies etc;
• Receives and pays utility bills, office supplies and consumables;
• Ensures that the employees have all the needed materials for a good job performance;
• Makes the purchase forecasts of various materials;
• Prepares the monthly documents for the accounting firms;
• Supervises the activities related to the maintenance of the headquarters;
• Reports costs and optimizes them;

Your profile:

• Analytical technical thinking;
• General learning aptitude;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Provision, collection, transmission and interpretation of information;
• Great attention to detail and proven ability to work with documents;
• Strong MS Office- level advanced knowledge;
• Fluency in Bulgarian, English- B1/B2;
