Marketing Manager for a Live Casino

Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.
Our client has online casino business. We are looking for a Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and project manage paid media campaigns for recruitment purposes this includes ATL and BTL channels.
• Manage internal communication programmes such as internal events, newsletters, portal.
• Manage the merchandising function, including budget, design, logistics and order management for the Live Casino studios working in collaboration with our Marketing Project Manager.
• Organise local events to support our marketing recruitment campaigns.
• Work in collaboration with our content & creative team to create impactful assets for the Live Casino campaigns.
  
  

Skills:

• Expert in campaign management: understand budget / optimization and KPI reporting.
• Able to manage paid media agencies to book placements and optimize ROI.
• Expert in paid media: Digital (Social media, Google PPC) and BTL (out of home billboard banners, flyers, sponsoring, event).
• Project management / good time management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling.
• Understanding of procurement processes & vendor management.
• Ability to think creatively, and provide relevant briefs to creative teams.
• Fluent native-level knowledge of English written and spoken. Romanian is a nice to have.
  
  

The perfect candidate has:

• 5-8 years experience in a marketing paid media role.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An understanding of slots and casino games is a nice to have.
