WAITER / WAITRESS

General Description

Serving food and beverage to the guests in the restaurant. Its priority is guest safety and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
* He comes to work on time. Attends daily meetings.
* Makes the pre-opening controls of the restaurant and completes the deficiencies.
* Controls the table layout. Fix it.
* Controls the Open Buffets and completes the deficiencies.
* Keeps track of the extra expenses of the guests and enters them into the system.
* He is friendly. He speaks to guests respectfully.
* At closing time, she/he takes the tongs from the buffet.
* She/he cleans the backgrounds daily.
* If have any guest complaints, she/he reports to the Restaurant Supervisors.
* Wipes glasses after each serving.
* She/he takes the dirty clothes to the laundry room.

Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
* Can use micros office programs.
* Successful in human relations.
* Management and leadership potential.
Required Education and Experience
* Tourism Vocational High School Graduate should preferably be a university graduate
*English and/or 2. foreign language.
*Participating in seminars and training on the subject.
