A diversified group of companies with interests in Energy, Real Estate, Aviation, Technology, and General Trading is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Executive Chairman.
This is a demanding, high-exposure role for a highly motivated professional who is organized, intelligent, adaptable, and capable of operating in a fast-paced executive environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chairman on strategic, operational, and administrative matters across multiple industries.
What We Offer: Base salary starting at $4,000 USD
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Key Requirements
- Excellent command of English and conversational Spanish.
- Willing to relocate to Accra, Ghana.
- Available for frequent domestic and international travel, often on short notice.
- Flexible and able to accommodate the demands of a senior executive schedule.
- Strong listening, note-taking, and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage people, coordinate teams, and follow up on assignments effectively.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and executive presence suitable for representing the Chairman and the Group in high-level meetings and engagements.
- Eager to learn, develop professionally, and grow within a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Executive Chairman.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and executive priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, prepare reports, and track action items.
- Liaise with executives, government officials, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and coordinate activities across multiple companies within the Group.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, briefing notes, and executive reports.
- Manage special projects and ensure timely execution of assignments.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Chairman.
