GROWTH MARKETING LEADER

A real estate and investment company with a strong focus on the U.S. market (Atlanta) are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to be in charge of the lead generation efforts and help them scale.

Challenges

• Design and execute lead generation strategies for the U.S. market
• Manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, PR, and events
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment and execution
• Optimize the conversion funnel (awareness loyalty)
• Lead content planning and marketing automations
• Analyze performance (CPL, conversion rate, ROI, etc.)
• Build customer personas and define key communication strategies

What are we Looking: 

• Technologist or Bachelor's degree in in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
• 4+ years in marketing, 2+ in lead generation/growth
• Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) and digital analytics
• Advanced or bilingual English
• Strategic mindset and ability to work independently
• Background in real estate, investment, tech, or agencies is a plus
