A leading accounting and financial services company, specialized in providing tailored solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking a Client Accounting Coordinator to join its growing team.

The mission of this role is to lead relationships with international clients, ensure clear, professional communication in English, and deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience. The position acts as a key liaison between the client and the accounting team, with a strong focus on client experience and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience working with B2B clients, ideally international
  • Advanced English level (C1 – mandatory) for meetings, financial explanations, and objection handling
  • Functional knowledge of financial statements, AR/AP, reconciliations, and basic concepts of payroll and sales tax

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly client meetings in English with assigned accounts
  • Present financial progress, updates, and critical issues for each period
  • Prepare meetings jointly with the Accountant assigned to each client
  • Review financial statements and define key discussion points prior to each session
  • Document meeting minutes, agreements, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing client communication
  • Translate client needs into clear and actionable instructions for the accounting team
  • Escalate technical matters to the Head Accountant when required, with sound judgment
  • Identify potential risks to client satisfaction and proactively address relationship frictions
  • Contribute to the retention, stability, and long-term success of the client portfolio
