What We Offer:

• Monday to Friday schedule
• Salary: base $8,000,000 + commissions after the third month
• Location: Remote work (with travel availability) | Remote work

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the luxury hospitality and tourism sector
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Strong sales & marketing expertise in the luxury segment
• Availability to travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans
• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile travel agencies and partners
• Negotiate and close deals with VIP clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking activities
