Main Responsibilities:

•         Responsible for timely delivering financial accounting operations including management reporting, statutory audit and various finance function

•         To supervise for managing all daily operations of the accounting function

•         Review the accounting operation, month-end closing, reporting, budgeting and analysis report

•         Perform management accounting and cost analysis

•         Coordinate with different departments for cost accounting issues

•         Monitor project performance and participate in project review and control

•         To ensure and review the compliance of the company financial policies and procedures

•         To review and enhance workflows for better financial operation and reporting

•         Responsible for timely report the status and issue of the project and liaise with the headquarter in both Hong Kong and China

•         Perform any other duties, ad hoc tasks and financial reports as requested

Requirements:

•         Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent qualifications

•         Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the accounting sector of residential projects in the leading property developers

•         Mature, detail orientated, excellent time management and interpersonal skills  

•         Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded and able to work independently within tight deadlines  

•         Presentable with good communication, analytical and reporting skills

•         Good command of both written and spoken English

•         Good command of MS Office, especially in Excel applications  

•         Knowledge in accounting software is an advantage

Working hours:

•         Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in regular

•         Extra working hours in reporting periods
