Brand Manager - Consumer Goods
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
- Make sure brand strategy aligns with a global campaign.
- Establishing budgets, sales performance, and sales estimates to effectively forecast consumer demand.
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events.
- Planning and executing all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media Assisting with product assortment, pricing, and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
- Develop Merchandise Plan to ensure the effectiveness in the implementation of sales strategies.
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
- Manage stock inventory to ensure availability of a product effectively and efficiently.
- In coordination with Shipping, Legal & WH Team ensure the availability of the product as per plan
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales and ensure accuracy on data related to the products.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
- Manage all relations with principles/suppliers including, but not limited to, regular communication, planning, reporting, and negotiate pricing.
General Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree holder from a reputable University
- Minimum 5 years experience in any of the following areas: new brand development, sales, and marketing merchandising, and supply chain.
- Preferably having exposures in Consumer Goods business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable working with different levels of people.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite with great analytical skills.
