Job Description :

·  Planning or setting target and budget to meet companies target

·  Lead the sales team to gain new business and meet companies KPI

·  Analyzing each sales and provide the necessary improvement

Requirements as Follows:

·  Male / Female, max 40 years old

·  Possession of a bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.

·  Having experience more than 5  years’ with similar position in freight forwarding/logistic company

·  Excellent in analytical, budgeting, and strategic skill.

·  Responsible in strategic plan to grow export for air and ocean.

·  Good Communication and presentation skill

·  Deep knowledge forwarding business.

·  Customer satisfaction and target oriented

·  Strong motivation to develop business

·  English language skill is a must both Spoken and written

·  Have own car
