Supply Chain Manager
Job Description:
Description External :
- Manage the supply chain and finished product at our Manufacruring plants in Batam
- Optimize supply workflows from supplier to manufacturing shop floor and Movement of Finished good to our regional distribution centres and direct customer
- Ensure the production supplies meet our technical specification and production forecasts
- Work with cross functional department and teams to identify and address supply chain issues
- Develop crisis Management plans and mitigate dynamic inventory situation
- Develop the supply chain team members
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree in industrial Engineering
- At least 8 years of experiences in supply chain and logistics management
- Possesses strong knowledge and experiences in managing large inventory and variety of raw materials and finished good
- Proven knowledge to develop, execute and review crisis management
- Possesses strong leadership capabilities, good communication and analytical skill, and people development ability
- Willing to be in Batam
