Marketing and Communication Executive

 Job Description:

Role Summary:

 

Assist to develop strategy, positioning, tactics and success metrics for marketing campaigns in addition to designing, developing and producing effective communications using web and digital channels.           

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

·         Assist in preparing annual Advertising, Promotion & Publication

·         Prepare and execute regular Direct Marketing & Digital Marketing Campaigns to further promote the company’s business and achieve agreed targets

·         Maintain, monitoring and doing an audit for the Company’s brand through communicating a consistent message, internally and externally whilst ensuring full compliance with the Company Branding and Advertising Guidelines.

·         Implement events to create sales networking opportunity with customers, which can facilitate sales efforts to secure business for the company

·         Implement regional marketing campaigns and cascade within country

·         Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines

·         Liaise with regional team to obtain relevant branding & advertising guidelines

·         To ensure all relevant departments are briefed on new campaigns through various internal resources and channels before launch

·         Propose suitable advertising media and promotional ideas for all marketing campaigns, ensure implementation if accepted.

·         Co-ordinate with advertising and media agencies to ensure all the general advertising activities are on schedule.

·         Perform quality assurance checks on deliverables from the agencies and request for re-work where necessary or highlight the issue to the Marketing Communications Manager.

·         Check the agencies' bills to prevent overbilling.

·         Co-ordinate with the third party to develop any marketing communication programs.

·         Source, purchase, distribute gift items and control inventory.

 

Requirements:

 

·         Minimal Bachelor Degree in Business/ Marketing with experience in a related capacity.

·         Strong in statistical analysis and software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

·         Fluent in English and copywriting skills.

·         High creativity to create marketing events and campaigns

·         Having knowledge in Digital Marketing

·         Having design capability (e.g: Adobe Photoshop) will be an advantage.

·         Having ability to organize and supervise external and internal event within limited time
