- Create the Touchpoints Marketing strategy with action plan to maximize acquisition and customer value creation.
- Conduct programs/promotions performance analysis
- Handle GAP Analysis
- Manage touchpoint marketing program and promotion
- Develop and manage strong cooperation with other related division
- Serve as a company representative for external related functions in order to build good network in the industry and keep up to date with new trends
Job Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, applied mathematics, engineering.
- Minimum 8 years expert role in the areas of touchpoints marketing, digital marketing and/or channel marketing
- Strong leadership with excellent communication skills
- Able to create new strategy in implementing the action plan
- Fluent in English
