General Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Operational Management
• Minimum have 10 years experience as Operation Manager
• Background from Retail, F&B and Hospitality Industry
• Strong in Project Management such as opening new hotel, restaurant or stores, project renovation, business expansion, acquired new location
• Strong in negotiation skills, People Manager.
• Strong in Leadership is a Must
• Fluent in English both conversation and writing
• Willing to work extra hours or during weekends
