Techno Commercial Manager
Job Description:
- Plan and execute budget and resources to achieve sales, market share and EBIT objectives by leading and cooperating with marketing, sales and development functions of the Distributor.
- Develop capability and manage performance of distributor’s marketing, sales and development team to ensure achievement of annual, mid-term, and long-term business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales activities with Distributor to differentiate product offers to achieve customer satisfaction with defined market solutions.
- Drive and ensure the company strategic direction is aligned with the demand creation initiatives of the Distributor to achieve a high-performance field environment.
- Set and manage performance standards/targets of the regional sales team in line with overall business needs to achieve set targets.
- Manage and promote company value and image with Distributor to optimize all stakeholder benefits.
- Contribute to the development of company business strategy, policy and guideline for implementation at the Distributor level.
- Responsible for market share, product development and registration in line with business objectives and deliverables.
- Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in agrochemical industry with management role at country level or in a senior sales or marketing role, which involves team building, change management, people development, and resource management in a dynamic business environment.
- Extensive experience in customer relations and channel management.
- Experience in leading a highly qualified professional sales team.
- Good knowledge of Agronomy, Agrochemical markets, sales and competitive environment.
- Good knowledge of Marketing and Sales management
- Good knowledge and skill in Product Development
- Good knowledge of Distribution network and their operations
- Good knowledge of people and work environment
