Techno Commercial Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute budget and resources to achieve sales, market share and EBIT objectives by leading and cooperating with marketing, sales and development functions of the Distributor.
  • Develop capability and manage performance of distributor’s marketing, sales and development team to ensure achievement of annual, mid-term, and long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales activities with Distributor to differentiate product offers to achieve customer satisfaction with defined market solutions.   
  • Drive and ensure the company strategic direction is aligned with the demand creation initiatives of the Distributor to achieve a high-performance field environment. 
  • Set and manage performance standards/targets of the regional sales team in line with overall business needs to achieve set targets. 
  • Manage and promote company value and image with Distributor to optimize all stakeholder benefits.  
  • Contribute to the development of company business strategy, policy and guideline for implementation at the Distributor level. 
  • Responsible for market share, product development and registration in line with business objectives and deliverables.
Critical Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in agrochemical industry with management role at country level or in a senior sales or marketing role, which involves team building, change management, people development, and resource management in a dynamic business environment.
  • Extensive experience in customer relations and channel management.
  • Experience in leading a highly qualified professional sales team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Good knowledge of Agronomy, Agrochemical markets, sales and competitive environment.
  • Good knowledge of Marketing and Sales management
  • Good knowledge and skill in Product Development
  • Good knowledge of Distribution network and their operations
  • Good knowledge of people and work environment
