 Job Description:

POSITION: HEAD OF MARKETING

The selected candidate will direct the strategy and marketing plans of the company’s key brands. In addition, you will be responsible for the marketing development of our events and catering business, and the marketing for distributors of our house brand products. The position reports directly to the CEO and will handle marketing strategy and execution, develop ideas and proposals and execute them from scratch together with the team under your direction.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation of the communication strategy and promotion campaigns in each of the brands.
  • Responsible for creating designs and graphic arts for stores, brochures, menus, promotions, advertising.
  • Responsible for propose new product development and manage the development with the R+D laboratory in Spain.
  • Knowledge of trends and proposals to the steering committee of changes and evolutions.
  • Planning the calendar of launches and promotions for each brand and coordinating them with the International Department of franchisees. Positioning, development and execution of online plans, website and social networks.
  • Propose cobranding to our Spanish suppliers.

 

Communication:

    • Management of social media management of each brand and the holding company (LinkedIn in Spanish and English).
    • Management of the communication of the brands and the company.
    • Press release in English (international) and Spanish (local market Spain).

 

CRM:

    • Direction and execution of the entire the policy of customer relations, loyalty, analysis and study of the behaviour of customers.
    • Improvement of the customer experience, advising and proposing new attractive elements in stores.

 

  • The direction of the look & feel of the stores. Evolution of the design of the stores.
  • Management of technological elements that add more interaction with customers.
  • Proposals for coordinated actions with third-party companies and business associations.
  • Participate in different committees and projects aimed at continuous improvement, improvement of processes, control of implemented strategies and evolution of brands.
  • Responsible for design and implementation of processes in the areas of responsibility.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of experience in the F&B sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing.

SKILLS

  • Motivation and leadership to lead the marketing department.
  • Ability to transmit ideas and vision, verbal and written.
  • Ability to project manage and work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of design and editing software, both in photography and video. Also, of office tools.
  • CRM experience.
  • Ability to manage internal and external teams of designers.
  • Written and verbal communication capacity in English (mainly)
  • Written and verbal communication capacity in Spanish (for communications with suppliers based in Spain) Level C1.
