• Plan and supervise the deployment of digital data collection by mobile apps (​Commcare​ or other applications).
• Ensure all users are trained in the Standard Operating Procedures in relation to app use and data collection and management
• Assist users with device and data collection troubleshooting in the field

• Monitor incoming data from project activities and troubleshoot issues. Alert supervisors of any key issues (mechanical data)
• Ensure data is clean and useable for analysis (i.e. mechanical data issues resolved) and develop and follow prescribed workflows for data revisions
• Conduct data analysis in coordination with the team (in Excel or similar program) and retrieve data from monitoring dashboards (e.g. Tableau)
• Conduct testing for new data collection software 
  
• Conduct mobile data collection and dashboard training for the implementation team and partners
• Participate as required in app design. Examples of technologies for design purposes are data collection and storage systems, API callouts for sensors or device integration, and web application development for public interfacing
• Act as a technical mentor for other staff working with data
• Assist management to access data for reporting
• Assist other team members working with data, dashboards and data collection apps to understand key requirements or metrics

This position will be stationed in Padang, West Sumatera.
