Job Description:
Process responsibility:
- Site Sales & operational planning (S&OP)
- Site logistics planning & execution (S&OE)
- Interface to “Order to Cash (OTC) & Purchase to Pay ( PTP)”
- Quality Management (QM) – ISO, OSHAS,
- Bonded Zone operational process( BZ)
- Environmental Management (Sustainability)
- Safety Management
- Legal Management & Compliance
Principal Accountabilities / Main Tasks:
- End to end responsibility from “Raw material planning” (Pulp – operational, Tactical & Strategical), Production planning, Sales volume alignment with commercial leadership team, warehousing and logistics operations and bonded zone operational management etc. for Key raw material ( Pulp, Caustic, Coal, Sulphur) & finished goods ( Fiber, Salt & Sulphuric Acid)
- Prepare and analyze management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports and department forecasts.
- Ensure consistent quality of service in accordance with service level agreements.
- Manage the efficient supply chain for both inbound and outbound logistics planning in conjunction with warehouse operations.
- Manage cost efficient product distribution planning operations meeting marketing/customer’s agreed requirements and expectations, and compliance with all statutory and legal policies and procedures of international trade.
- Maintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of all operational documents related to logistics.
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Logistics function to meet departmental objectives.
