HRBP Manager (Learning & Development)

 Job Description:


    • Report directly to HR Director 
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Operation, Learning and Development, Business Partner Roles (handling compensation and benefits, reward management and other HR task/generalist role would be a plus).
    • Good communication skill (English), spoken and written
    • Preferably from Psychology major background
    • Detail oriented person and able to do multitasking
    • Good analytical thinking
    • Team player yet hands on
    • This is senior manager level position
