HRBP Manager (Learning & Development)
Job Description:
- Report directly to HR Director
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Operation, Learning and Development, Business Partner Roles (handling compensation and benefits, reward management and other HR task/generalist role would be a plus).
- Good communication skill (English), spoken and written
- Preferably from Psychology major background
- Detail oriented person and able to do multitasking
- Good analytical thinking
- Team player yet hands on
- This is senior manager level position
