Job Description:
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as HR Manager.
- Experienced with FMCG industry will be advantageous.
- Required Skill(s): HR operation, Training, Development, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, etc.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Tech-savvy, have experience implementing HRIS.
Job Descriptions :
- Work closely with line managers, and act as a corporate HR to ensure HR strategies and programs are aligned and based on corporate needs.
- Identify new opportunities where HR can add value (changes, efficiency, or SOP) to the business.
- Manage HR daily activities: offers of employment, orientation process, official leave request and, benefit, compensation management, employee performance, and other critical HR functions.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate with work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation and employee relations participate in annual budget planning.
- Liaise with HR-related external parties: BPJS, Recruitment Agencies, DISNAKER, insurance, etc.
- Arrange and execute a pro-active industrial relation program, including corporate social responsibility program and corporate events.
- Evaluate manpower requirement and manage recruitment process.
- Prepare, manage, update, and analyze regular HR reports.
- Create new HR policies and procedures and revisions to current policies if needed.
- Responsible and monitor talent management process.
