To get an effective construction cost, development cost etc. through design evaluation & estimation (review design, specification, cost review etc.), value engineering, prepare Bills of Quantities, Update Material Price, Analyse of Unit Price, Cost Estimate

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         To evaluate / review design & give inputs to get  effective construction cost

·         To do value engineering

·         To find, collect  & propose alternative materials & specification

·         To review/update price of materials and prepare research of Unit Price

·         To prepare bill of quantities & cost estimate

·         To prepare presentation

·         Involve in tender process & prepare contract, etc.

3. DIMENSIONS       

·         Coordination with Architect to get effective design & specification

·         Coordination with Suppliers / Applicator to get alternative of material

·         Coordination with Customer Service & Production Team regarding quality of materials & products

·         Coordination with contractors for quotation, negotiation & contract
