CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR (Mandarin Speaker)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Service team so that they can handle all customer questions and complaints through online media (marketplace).
  • Controlling the activities of the Customer Service team in establishing and building good communication with customers through e-commerce/marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.
  • Ensure the performance of the Customer Service team in serving live chat/email questions, complaints, and requests for returns from the customer in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Set the shifting work schedule for the Customer Service team.
  • Make reports on the activities of the Customer Service team on a regular basis, (daily, weekly & monthly).

Qualification:

  • Actively communicate in Mandarin.
  • Able to operate MS. Office (preferably MS. Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Have experience as a Customer Service Team Leader / Coordinator / Supervisor for at least 2 years.
  • Having good leadership and the ability to manage & pay attention to the performance and condition of the team well.
  • Able to maintain a good working relationship with external parties (especially PIC from Marketplace).
  • Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta.
