Responsibilities:

• Define company vision, drive product portfolio management (design-build) & overall responsibilities for corporate development - devising product roadmap & culture operational transformation.
  
• Own and drive customer solution customization, marketing strategies (product-market fitness), and GTM (Go To Market) executions.
• Initiatives being BoD is E2E delivery assurance and including external shareholders.
• Designing a new project management delivery system (mobile and web) for faster and data-driven sub-cons & constructions managements. 
• Interface with customer & project teams in areas of project support, i.e. best practice-ways of working improvement, value-added / cross-sell business developments.
• Innovation management within project management IS/IT systems focuses on rapid & quality delivery acceptance.
• Set up a corporate PMO operating model & strategic portfolio navigator for the executive committee to steer key projects with the highest outcome performance & learnings (governance control oversight).
