• Responsible of the sales, marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activity of - (Residential Communities Mixed Use Developments, in order to achieve profitable sales according to the agreed budget, through a competent sales team and with effective and strategic marketing campaigns and premium customer service throughout the entire lifecycle.
  
• Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
• Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models.
• Design relevant marketing and sales strategy.
• Responsible for the design and presentation of all Sales environments and marketing material
• oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
