 Job Description:

Main Roles

  • Responsible for managing, directing, organizing, and delivering research projects for extraordinary company growth and profitability.
  • Lead ongoing reporting to support weekly commercial planning forum and cross-functional and ad hoc analyses.
  • Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.

 

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management field
  • Preferably Having experiences in market research industry especially in telecommunication business, retail , FMCG 
  • Having expertise in managing survey, customer data, questionnaire, survey, etc
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to be a quick learner as well as detail-oriented.

Responsibility

·         Lead cross-functional analyses in Marketing that do not have a home in the vertical groups (e.g., NPS scores, senior management ad-hoc requests)

·         Assemble competitors’ intelligence, conducting market studies and testing on new and emerging products in Indonesia at senior leadership’s request

·         Receive high-level long-term customer experience strategy from Commercial Development group and translate it into tactical principles to guide Marketing groups and initiatives to improve the customer journey

·         Review and prioritize targeted campaigns to optimize the customer experience

·         On-going monitoring and reporting of customer experience KPIs and metrics
