Project Manager RAN | Access for Network Deployment
Job Description:
- Establish divisional KPI based on organizational scorecard and cascaded down the teams
- Work with Project Assurance and Procurement to set up relevant network equipment for RAN elements, according to installation plan from Network Planning function
- Provide and responsible for end to end all infrastructure and services investment RAN / Access program and organize comprehensive deployment plan
- Manage performance levels of vendors against agreed standards and provide feedback
- Define priorities as well as manage both projects and financials risks
- Set up action plans in order to meet the defined key targets
- Verifying matrix absorption based on implementation
- Periodically provide report update
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years work experiences as Project Manager
- Extensive experience as lead executor of RAN Roll-Out Project
- Strong Project Management skill
- Experience handling project nation wide would be an advantadge
- Excellent knowledge of Radio Access Network (RAN), knowledge Core & Transmission
- Preferable PMP certified
