Admin Officer
Job Description:
· Billing/invoicing of clients for respective practice
· Month-end billings – reviewing/locking timesheets, importing time, close billing system
· Finance support of consultants for respective practice
· Engagement letters
· Setting up new clients/suffixes on a timely basis
· Business support (administration aspect of proposal, report, etc.)
Classification:
Having 1-3 years of experience as Administration or Secretary in any industry (prefer from the life insurance company)
Having strong communication in English
Candidate must be having attention to details
Will be located in Jakarta
Reporting to Head of Life Consulting
