Retail Sales Manager
Job Description:
Role responsibilities:
- Prepare and plan marcom budget yearly and maintaining awareness of market trends in retail industry especially in electrical business.He/She understanding retail channel distributions & Digitalization retail program
- Responsible for day-to-day running of POS/Shop with the aim is to maximize profits while minimizing costs include BTL programs,Retail promotion program.
- Understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring local competitor activities
- Forecasting future sales, analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning, using information to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Ensure GEO Expansion new POS and numeric distribution channel/POS acquisition per month
- Responsible and accountable for distributors sales and revenue in terms of quarterly/annually sales target.
- Responsible for sales budget, selling in,selling out and Sell Thru achievement per month & monitor POS development for every region.
- Responding to customer complaints and comments
- Supporting special promotions, displays and events
- Managing and motivating a team or distributors to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Ensure POS stock availability and monitor sell Thru program
- Managing stock level and making key decisions about stock control
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales; analyzing and interpreting trend to facilitate planning, using information to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Prepare monthly forecast order and estimation sales per quarterly
- Responsible and accountable achievement number of POS data bases and create new Sell Thru and Sell Out retail program.
- Monitor and advice distributor inventory stock
- Evaluated retail distributor performance every quarter
- The main target how to increase Sell Out & Sell Thru shop and brand awareness Himel-Brand pull
Job requirement:
- Bachelor degree, any major or equal- Minimum S1 Electrical or Other(FMCG background or equal)
- Minimum 10 years experience as sales/operation/Retail from FMCG/Electrical industries,as well as have good understanding in retail development,POS & DIY deployment channel.,Marketing plan and deeply knowledge in retail distribution, marcom activities and has experience in distributor development and account management.
- Ensure the distributors performance sales in retail all over Indonesia market
- Strong leadership skill and capable to work in team
- Hard worker, proactive and full of initiative, good capacity to grasp new concepts quickly
- Customer focus, shrewd business sense and a well-developed commercial awareness
- Shows ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly.
- Must be proficient with all MS. Office applications
- Ability travel locally 70%
- The candidate must have retail experience and think retail concept
