Wholesale Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
  • Lead and evaluates Wholesale Managers & Wholesale Account executives to ensure the team target achievement
  • Initiate/leverage relationships and negotiate agreements on bilateral wholesale voice (VOIP) services Telecom operators globally;
  • Develop and maintain executive and strategic relationships based on company's comprehensive suite of voice focused products
  • Conducts proactive sales activities, including proactive needs assessment, applications development, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales service requirements.
  • Grow the wholesale voice margin in agreed accounts and to achieve sales target as set by the company
  • Liaise as a company representative for Operators/Carriers/ International & local partners, etc. in order to achieve revenue & traffic production target.
  • Develop and maintain structured account development plans and contract strategies

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years managerial experience 
  • Good understanding of Wholesale voice nature of business, Domestic & Global market (International, regional and domestic), and competition.
  • Ability to devise / negotiate complex deal structures across an array of products and services;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Analytic skill for providing regular recommendations for International voice business (market, competition, new product/services/package plan offerings), technical and quality
