Sales and Marketing Director

 Job Description:

Main Job Purpose

Develop and coordinate the planning and definition of marketing strategy in aiming to create the presence of the Company’s branding, image and profile to the industries and stakeholders that are in line with and contribute to the organization’s short and long-term strategic business goals.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor Degree / MBA masters in Marketing are preferred
•  Minimum 15 Years in the related industry and as Director  Marketing  position
Strong communication skills and having experience in Cement industry or  Building material.
•  Good communication skills (written and verbal) both in English and Indonesian
•  Creative and Innovative
• High competence in project and stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
• Proven marketing campaign experience.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing marketing department.
• Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Communicating the marketing plan.
• Researching demand for our products and services.
• Competitor research.
• Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Identifying potential customers.
• Developing promotions with advertising managers.
• Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Recommend and liaise with Management team to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision and objectives. 
•  Integrate the overall marketing strategies of the Business Line, working closely with the Business Directors and their Marketing Managers.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Develop and support marketing, sales programs together with Sales & Marketing Manager,   as well as the Marketing team.
Determines annual and profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and achieve sales target.
Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales forecasts & Achievement strategies.
