CTO will reporting directly to the owner and partner (CTIO head).  Responsible to lead all IT and Software development within the company.  He / She will managing developer team such as Engineering Manager,  Full Stack,  Head of Product,  Back-end Developer,  Front end Developer,  Android developer,  etc.
