Merchandising Associate Manager

 Job Description:

·         Responsible for ensuring that products appear in the right store, or on a website, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantity

·         Maximize profits and manage the performance of ranges, planning promotions and markdowns as necessary

·         Build seasonal product range in align with market trend and demand

·         Manage and tracking shipping process in order to ensure the product availability

·         Manage forecasted Sales, Margin & Markdown as well as plan promos to boost sales and remain competitive

·         Manage pricing strategy by monitoring market changes, competitor price and products

·         Manage seasonal launch plan to ensure availability of new range of product instore

·         Analyze and Plan store replenishment on weekly basis to ensure availability of product and control consolidation

·         Deliver product allocation strategy in store and ensure the alignment with the company procedure 

·         Manage Store Grading & Planogram to ensure maximum profitability Develop Buying Strategy

·         Negotiate with supplier to meet the cash margin target, develop & maintain vendor relationship

·         Working with manufacture to create and develop in house design/product

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail, or a related field
  2.  Minimum 5 years' experience in merchandising in retail industry - Prefer  handle in Apparel  
  3.  Must be creative and detail oriented
  4. Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
  5. Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
