Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, your primary objectives are, but not limited to: · Achieving revenue targets by growing existing accounts and actively seeking out new partnerships and customers. · Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. · Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. · Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize the benefits to both the company and accounts · Cooperating closely with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services and operational matters to improve the entire customer experience. · Leading negotiations and building relationships with relevant partners and potential affiliates or agencies Main Job Purpose:
