Brand Communication Manager

 Job Description:

Lead Brand Agency & Internal Designers to develop key message and campaign material for Brand & Product

-       Provide clear brief on campaign objective & message platform to Brand Agency/ Internal Designer

-       Develop copy writing for product/brand message

-       Evaluate creative output result to ensure the correct brand/product message delivery come across

Lead the agency or internal designer to work within campaign timeline

-       Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve divisional objectives

-       Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make  recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals

-       Provide feedback to GH to work with HR team to create the succession plan for the function/ organization and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan
