Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- Research and evaluate client’s creditworthiness
- Create credit scoring models to predict risks
- Build strategy & Execute Strategic partnerships to support Rupiah Cepat Business Objectives.
- Negotiate loan terms with clients
- Work collaboratively with multiple business units to support agreed partnership deliveries whilst achieving business objectives
- Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulations
- Develop, review and update our company’s credit policies
Requirement
- BSc in Business, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Credit Manager, Credit Analyst or similar role
- Solid understanding of lending procedures
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g. in Excel)
- Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking & business perspective
- Proficient in English and Bahasa both oral and written
