Legal Commercial Asset Manager
Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out due diligence, negotiate and assisting to execute joint commercial projects
- Handle all commercial contracting works, include assisting and leading contract negotiations
- Managing commercial arrangements to ensure professional standards are in place throughout all stages
- Assessing and managing key risks and liabilities in renewable project contracts
- Take care of commercial licensing works such as filing patents, technological contracts and obtain permits for commercial operations
- Meet with clients, or potential partners and answer queries about operations
- Reviewing contracts and agreement deeds and ensuring that the terms and conditions are favorable to the company or client
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Previous experience across large property development projects
- Exposure to the property and construction industries is preferable
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge regarding commercial and corporate law
- Must have a keen eye for detail and spotting irregular terms and conditions in contracts
