 Job Description:

·     Plan and execute budget and resources to achieve sales, market share and EBIT objectives by leading and cooperating with marketing, sales and development functions of the Distributor.

·     Develop capability and manage the performance of the distributor’s marketing, sales and development team to ensure achievement of annual, mid-term, and long-term business objectives.

·     Develop and implement marketing and sales activities with Distributor to differentiate the product offers to achieve customer satisfaction with defined market solutions.   

·     Drive and ensure the company's strategic the direction is aligned with the demand creation initiatives of the Distributor to achieve a high-performance field environment.

·     Set and manage performance standards/targets of the regional sales team in line with overall business needs to achieve set targets.

·     Manage and promote company value and image with Distributor to optimize all stakeholder benefits. 

·     Contribute to the development of company business strategy, policy and guideline for implementation at the Distributor level.

·     Responsible for market share, product development and registration in line with business objectives and deliverables.

·     Participate in regional meetings at global and country level. Support and share company product information in Distributor meetings to develop market and drive sales.


Critical Knowledge:

·         Good knowledge of Agronomy, Agrochemical markets, sales and competitive environment.

·         Good knowledge of Marketing and Sales management

·         Good knowledge and skill in Product Development

·         Good knowledge of Distribution network and their operations

·         Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in agrochemical industry with a management role at country level or in a senior sales or marketing role, which involves team building, change management, people development, and resource management in a dynamic business environment.

·         Extensive experience in customer relations and channel management.

·         Experience in leading a highly qualified professional sales team.
