Has minimum 3 years’ experience working in Law Firm or as Corporate Legal

Has 2 or 3 experiences advocating client in court for criminal or civil cases

Has knowledge about Corporate Law, Capital Market Law, drafting or developing agreements, negotiating contacts, settling claims and assist or advocating clients in court also knows how to possess extensive legal knowledge

He/she should have an ability to comprehend complex matters and identify the laws that are applicable to them

He/she should be able to demonstrate exceptional organization and time management skills

He/she should have a keen eye for detail coupled with good researching ability

He/she should possess a thorough knowledge of the legal procedures and should keep himself updated with the current developments

He/she should be proficient in computers and should be able to maintain, update and modify the documents needed during the presentations in the court

He/she should have persuasive communication skills that will help in building trust and broadening the client base

Has good communication in English ( both verbal and written)
