Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job description:
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of residential sales and marketing strategies and campaigns
• Assist in the preparation and production of marketing collaterals, sales documents, sales office, advertisements and sales brochure
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on the property market and prepare periodic reports to management
• Ensure sales and marketing documentation and records are in order and in compliance with the necessary procedures and regulations
• Liaise with business associates such as property agents, consultants, notaries, solicitors, contractors, advertising agencies and designers to strive for the successful sales launch, marketing events and media conferences
• Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
• Degree holder in Real Estate/Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the sales & marketing sector of residential projects in the leading property developers
• Good track sales record in Tangerang or Jakarta
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
• Presentable with good communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
