Field Application Specialist

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical application support to clinical diagnostics & life science customers
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and internal team training
• Manage product evaluations at customer sites and provide timely feedback
• Troubleshoot technical issues, develop systematic solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support sales team with technical expertise to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and maintain training/demo materials and documentation
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to resolve inquiries and follow up with customers promptly
• Assist in workshops, exhibitions, and seminars to promote products and engage key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and internal regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• PhD in Science or related discipline
• 3+ years technical experience in clinical or life science labs
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, life science methodologies & data management software
• Experience in evaluation, training, and field installation preferred
• Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, planning and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, results-driven, with proven customer support track record
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• High computer literacy and familiarity with LIS/software systems
